The procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability as per Section 4(1)(b) of RTI Act, 2005.

The Tapals are, primarily processed at the Section level and generated files are submitted to Senior / Junior Superintendent of concerned section and they submitted to Accounts officer / Administrative Assistant I / II as the case may be, and they submitted the files to Deputy Director (General) / Deputy Director (P & T) as the case may be and then the files are handed over to senior Administrative Officer / Senior Finance Officer as the case may be, and they send files to Senior Joint Director (Engineering College Stream) / Senior Joint Director (Polytechnic College Stream) as the case may be and files involving policy decision nature are go through Director of Technical Education.
